The ideas to decorate your space with plants just keep getting better and better. You can add greenery to your gallery wall, frame a window or doorway, or your create a centerpiece for your dining table. If you live in a studio apartment, you can even use a plants as a stylish room divider, like this Brooklynite did.,Describing her style, Aurora Yim, a plant lover who lives in an 800-square-foot studio apartment in Brooklyn with her dog Daisy, says, “It’s a lot of industrial and brutalist elements — plus a bunch of green plants.” She adds, “Growing up in Seattle, especially during the grunge and post-grunge era, incontrovertibly influenced my overall aesthetic.”,One way she made her one-room space work was to use a large rug to separate the living room area from the rest of the space. “I had to be a bit unconventional with the layout,” Yim says. “For example, all my clothes are in wardrobes next to my dining table, while the bed is tucked away in a dark corner on the other side of the room.”,After tucking her bed away in the corner,
Yim went a step further to separate the sleeping space by adding a set of vertical plant stands to the end of her bed that she scored on Craigslist. ,Yim got her stands from Craigslist (IKEA no longer sells this particular model, which is called SOCKER), but there’s a similar metal style available on Amazon and a wooden version too.,
